Each vehicle record includes year, make, model, VIN, ownership status, current and assigned locations, odometer readings, and last update timestamps. A sortable, searchable table lets staff filter by status (Active, Sold) and quickly locate any vehicle. The Transactions tab records the full history of vehicle movements and sales activity across the operation.
Vehicle Inventory
The main inventory view displays all vehicles in a sortable table with columns for year, make, model, VIN, owner, status, location tracking, odometer, and last update. Search by VIN, make, model, or owner and filter by Active or Sold status.
Detailed Records
Each row shows real-time vehicle details including current location versus assigned location, letting staff see exactly where a car is and where it should be. Color-coded status badges make it easy to scan Active inventory versus Sold vehicles.
Full Dataset
The system handles 1,000+ vehicle records with paginated navigation. Full dataset browsing lets staff review the complete inventory without losing context, with sortable columns for quick reordering by any field.
